Shipping prices are listed for Australian destinations only. Shipping prices to other countries will be quoted after we receive your order and before dispatch.

Australian Destinations

All prices are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and include GST (where applicable).

Postage and packaging rates for Australian destinations are as follows:

• 1 product - $8.50
• 2 products - $11.50
• 3 products - $15.00
• 4 or more products - $19.00 (Max Postage)

Products can be sent via Registered Post for an Additional $2.50 or via Express Post for a flat rate of $19.00.

Registered and Express Post items can be traced if they go missing.

Tuxedo Bookshop will not be held responsible for any products that go missing once they have been lodged with Australia Post unless you have opted to have your item sent via Registered or Express Post.

International Destinations

• Shipping prices to other countries will be quoted after we receive your order and before dispatch.
• Once we have quoted shipping costs: If you do not advise which shipping method you prefer within 5 business days, we will ship your order via Registered Airmail (Usually received within 3 to 10 business days).

Returns

No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, made an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.

Dead On Arrival Products - "DOA"

A Tuxedo Bookshop Product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of failure, or is discovered to be damaged when first taken from its packaging.

A Tuxedo Bookshop staff member will provisionally determine whether the Product is DOA. Where a Product is provisionally determined as DOA we will arrange to replace the Product.

Refunds will only be offered where a replacement Product can not be provided. Refunds will always be given in the form of a credit in the purchaser's name, and not in the form of a monetary refund. The credit can be used against other purchases with Tuxedo Bookshop.

Where Tuxedo Bookshop has provisionally determined that a Product is DOA, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Tuxedo Bookshop.

If the Product is deemed by Tuxedo Bookshop staff NOT to be DOA, Tuxedo Bookshop may in its absolute discretion refuse to replace the Product or offer you a refund for the Product.

When a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned DOA Product becomes our property.

When a refund is given, the returned DOA Product becomes our property.

Tuxedo Bookshop reserves the right to test any returned DOA Product. If the condition of the Product was misrepresented to us by the customer, Tuxedo Bookshop will impose an $11.00 handling and administration fee.
